Thank you so much for making me smile again!

I must say I think you have the most calming, charming and sincere manner, you know just what to say and when to say it! And even how to say it, with a smile of course! As well as all the expertise in your field, and making the best of a potential smile! You have put me at ease when I have been panicking on the phone, probably over nothing at all, things are so much better when I have spoken to you or your practice. I think that your team is wonderful, its great no needles at all. I have not felt any pain while I have been in your surgery. I can sincerely say that I would recommend you your surgery and your treatment to anyone! Even the really terrified like me! As I think you are the most wonderful dentist I have ever met!

And as for your staff they know their stuff too! Even a text to remind me I am at your surgery on Tuesday 23rd. If it wasn't for Sam's wonderful extensive knowledge and friendly manner and total and utter confidence in you I would not have had the guts to come and see you in the beginning let alone have the procedure done at all. All other dentist receptionist who do dental implants I have ever spoken to are very un-friendly towards potential customers on the phone. Sam she brilliant she is good at conversing, holding hands, extremely observant, knows her stuff, has a lovely calming attitude and is very good at mopping me up! And making me laugh.

So thanks to you all for looking after me!

 Hi the Fresh Smile Clinic crew

I am so happy this morning because I have got the brilliant teeth you put in yesterday. I woke up feeling so confident after all these years. People think it is just cosmetic having something like this done but I already feel a different person and can speak much more clearly not to mention the improvement in appearance.

I just had to send you an e mail of thanks for all you have done - I keep having to remind myself these are still temps. I have battled on for al those years and now I feel so near getting the front teeth of my dreams.

I would like to thank Dr Zaman and the staff at the practice for making me feel very comfortable as soon as I walking through the door.

Through all my years I've never much liked visiting a dentist - a phobia of needles and a general nervousness when I'm there has always affected me. However, all that simply disappeared within five minutes of sitting down with Dr Zaman as he made me feel very much at ease. His professional yet friendly attitude had an instant impact.

I was talked through all the work that was going to be done on my teeth, and not once did I feel nervous about the thought of this - this is testimonial to how comfortable I'd been made to feel. I've been four or five times since the initial appointment, and not once have I had the usual stomach butterflies that once I would have felt.
